What is your order processing and delivery time?

What are the shipping methods and costs?

Shipping costs are based on the delivery terms agreed upon between us and the retailer. For Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) shipments, the retailer will need to pay 50% of the estimated duties upfront with the order. We will provide details on available shipping options, including express and standard, at the time of order confirmation.

What are the payment terms for wholesale orders?

Initially, payment is required by card at the time of purchase. We offer flexible payment terms for established clients based on order size and history. Contact us to discuss potential terms and agreements.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

For certain products, our MOQs are as follows:

  • Magdust Chalk: 75 units
  • Magball: 25 units
  • Magjuice: 10 units

Currently, there is no MOQ for the rest of our products.

How can I edit my order?

To edit an existing order, please contact us as soon as possible at partners@rungne.com. Let us know the changes you need, and we will assist you in making the necessary adjustments before your order is processed or dispatched.
